Registration Information

The on-line registration procedure is now available in your user account. If you have not already created your account, please go to the user account generation.

For each payment you choose, you have to perform the on-line registration procedure in order to find everything ready and speed up the Secretariat service at the Conference.

1. Includes all regular Conference services: Conference proceedings (Book of Abstracts and CD), Welcome Party, Gala Dinner, Coffee Break service and selected social events as reported in table below.
2. Includes a one year PPS membership and all regular Conference services.

All payments must be made in Euro at the exchange rate corresponding to the day of reception in our account after bank charges. Registration via internet will be available.

Lunches and Gala Dinner

The lunches are not included in the registration fee; however, since the hotel neighbourhood may be not adequate to provide hundreds of lunches, we are setting up an agreement with the hotel for organizing buffet lunches for a convenient cost (Monday-Thursday lunches for € 50). Coupons will be sold on site.

The Gala Dinner is included in the full registration fee; students or accompanying persons can buy the gala dinner tickets on site at the cost of € 50.
The gala dinner will be held in Paestum which is about one hour bus drive from Salerno, the busses will leave from the Grand Hotel Salerno at 18 p.m. after scientific program end; as Paestum is an important archeological site, if there are people interested to visit the site before the gala dinner, we could organize a bus which leaves earlier (before the end of the scientific program) in order to allow to visit the archeological site before the gala dinner (contribution for the visit 5€).

The accompayning person fee does not include lunches and museum entrance tickets.

Cancellation policy:

• Cancellations on or before May 15, 2008 will receive a full refund minus a 20% as an administrative charge
• Cancellations after May 15, 2008 will receive a refund of 50% of the fee
